Before you pick a van or buy a single component, answer these essential questions:

Power systems, heating, crash-tested seating, professional labour
Buyers pay for documented engineering and weight compliance
Great drivetrains, tall roof, 4x4 options, excellent aftermarket support
Strong UK support, parts availability, good value, AWD options
Square interior, great space efficiency, FWD traction trade-offs
Tip: Decide your maximum external height early (ferries, car parks, trees) and your internal standing height target. Those two fight each other.
